Lisa Evans Walls joined ABODA in October 2005. Lisa brings 18 years of experience in the property management industry. Prior to joining ABODA, Lisa leased and managed a large portfolio of single family properties on the Eastside and Greater Seattle area. Lisa joined ABODA to help build and create the property management brokerage. Along with managing the brokerage she manages a portfolio of single family homes. Lisa is a current member of NARPM (National Association of Real Estate Property Managers) and RHA (Rental Housing Association).

Chelsea Brown brings over a decade of Property Management experience to ABODA. Her industry expertise comes from working in corporate housing, student housing, and luxury multi-family housing. Chelsea has successfully maintained healthy portfolios ranging from 50 to 3200 beds, and has taken this experience to help owners and investors create innovative strategies for optimal financial and operational performance. Chelsea has her Real Estate Brokers License and is also certified in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Spokane Community College.

Amber brings over 11 years of property management experience to ABODA Property Management. She has managed a variety of properties ranging from large multifamily communities, single family homes, and also Home Owners Associations. Amber prides herself on providing exceptional customer service for her clients and is extremely knowledgeable in landlord tenants laws and fair housing regulations. Amber has her Real Estate Brokers License and is also a member of the National Realtors Association.
