Senior Vice President
Marilyn Kempter joined ABODA in April of 2003. As Senior Vice President, Marilyn oversees operations for all of ABODA’s support businesses: ABODA Furnishings, ABODA Cleaning Services, and ABODA Property Management. Each business serves ABODA Corporate Housing while also offering services to the general public. Marilyn enjoys the challenges of growing revenue through a diversity of product: furniture, housekeeping, carpet cleaning, and property management, while working with a top notch, customer service oriented staff and management team.
Marilyn came to ABODA from the senior management team at CORT Furniture, where she acquired considerable expertise in the furniture rental arena. Prior to Cort, Marilyn worked for MBI Systems in furniture and office product sales and for GranTree Furniture as a sales manager.
Marilyn earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Washington University, an MBA from City University, and is CCHP Certified. She resides in Bellevue.
