From start to finish, (Lisa) ABODA provided smooth onboarding, good communication, periodic updates with photos, notices of changes or vacations. The closure was just as smooth. Per our request, Lisa was especially proactive with our neighbors requests. Even though we were away, we continued to be good neighbors. On inspections, the team worked off a checklist to ensure each room, appliance and plumbing was in proper working order. On cold days or post storms, extra checks were given. When house concerns arose and the neighbor called Lisa, she was quick to respond and communicated with all parties.

We have used ABODA Property Management for about six years. What makes them different from other companies is that they don't just collect the rent. They make sure that your property stays in the shape that you left it, if not better. They address a problem immediately and if you need to have major repairs, they get bids to make sure that you are not paying more than you should. If we have a question, our manager, Lisa, is always quick to respond. She has been outstanding in taking care of us and the property we own.
