Caple joined ABODA (then named Northwest Suites) in 1999, as Operational Vice President. In 2003, he was named President of the company and, just two years later, became CEO when the company became an ESOP (Employee Owned). Under his leadership, ABODA has grown from a regional temporary housing company to the nation's 5th largest provider, with double to triple digit growth yearly. Today, ABODA services clients across the country and is represented in hundreds of cities nationwide. Caple is recognized for implementing core strategic growth strategies including diversification, defining ABODA's differentiation and building a team that provides innovative service solutions backed with technology that support customer relationships.

Under Caple's leadership, ABODA has received numerous industry and corporate awards including being named a "Best Company to Work For" (Washington CEO magazine), “Business of the Year” (Redmond Chamber of Commerce), the "Peoples Choice Award" (Cendant Mobility Globalnet Conference), "Company of the Year" (CHPA Tower of Excellence), and "Innovative Service Practices" (BBB Business of the Year).

Caple himself was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list in 2002 as an individual who is making a mark on the Puget Sound business landscape and the community.

In addition to overseeing ABODA, Caple is active in many industry organizations and boards. He has served as the past president of the Corporate Housing Providers Association, is an on-going contributor and editorial member of Mobility Magazine, and a past president of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council.

Prior to joining ABODA, Caple held various management positions at Cendant Mobility and Prudential Relocation, including overseeing the government real estate acquisition department at Cendant Mobility responsible for a $500 M real estate portfolio.
