Medical Coverage

ABODA provides comprehensive group medical insurance plan, dental, and vision for full-time employees at no cost to the employee, provided the employee enrolls and participates in the Health and Wellness Program.

Flexible Spending Account

ABODA provides a Flex-Plan spending account for non-covered medical expenses and childcare costs. Deductions from employee's pay are on a pre-tax basis.

401(k) Savings Plan

ABODA provides a 401(k) Plan that consists of a salary-deferral savings plan. We currently have a matching contribution of 10%.

Survivor and Disability Protection

Life insurance is provided to full-time employees equal to the annual salary of the employee up to a maximum of $50,000. We also provide Short-term Disability Insurance is provided to full-time employees at no cost to the employee.

Holidays and Universal Leave (UL)

Employees enjoy nine paid holidays each year. They also earn 80 hours of UL during the first year of employment and 120 hours of UL after one year of employment.

ESOP

All employees who meet eligibility requirements participate in the employee stock ownership plan.
